Do you have a minimum order quantity?
The minimum amount of items that have to be ordered is 10 pieces in total. We do appreciate if you optimize ordering quantities and frequency for your shop, considering administration and shipping costs and ecological reasons.
What are the shipping costs?
NL: Free shipping in NL for orders > €150,-
Orders below €150,- are charged with €5,50 shipping
EU: Free shipping in EU for orders > €500,-
Orders below €500,- depending on country: Belgium/ Germany: €8,50
Outside EU (like UK, USA) shipping costs depends on Country and can be checked during check-out.
When can I expect my goods?
Assembli aims to ship orders within 5 workdays after ordering. The shipping time depends on the delivery address. We have chosen DPD and PostNL for the majority of our shippings. After placing your order you will receive a Track & Trace e-mail though Sendcloud. Make sure to save no-reply@sendcloud.com in your e-mail address list so the tracking e-mails don’t end up in your spam folder.
How do I pay?
We make use of payment through Bank Transfer within 30 days of ordering. You will receive an e-mail with the invoice and further details after shipment of the goods.
