Delivery
To deliver your carefully chosen items, we use DPD and PostNL for shipping services.
We will send orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery may vary from next day to some weeks depending on place and country of destination.
Indication of shipping costs are:
- World/ outside EU- Please notice this shipment can take longer than the shipping time for EU-packages.
- NL-‘brievenbus pakje’:         € 4 (ex. VAT)
- NL-package:                   € 5,5 (ex. VAT)
- EU1-package:                 from € 10 (ex. VAT)
- EU2-package:                 from € 23,50 (ex. VAT)
- UK-package:                  from € 15,50 (ex. VAT)
- Norway/Switzerland-package:  from € 25 (ex. VAT)
- World/outside EU-package:    from € 32,50 (ex. VAT)
Damaged goods
If you receive a package damaged, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt at sales@assembli.nl with enclosed clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged products.
In connection with the CMR law, we cannot reimburse products that have not been reported to us within 7 days.
Returns
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase. Please report your return within 14 days of purchase by filling in the form below! You will receive a returnform with return no. by e-mail.

Goods are your responsibility until it reached us intact. When we received the product, we will pay back your order* within 14 days and send you a confirmation e-mail when we paid back your order.
* Shipping costs will not be refunded.
