Delivery
To deliver your carefully chosen items, we use PostNL for shipping services.
We will send orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery may vary from next day to some weeks depending on place and country of destination.
Indication of shipping costs are:
- World/EU/outside EU, mailbox letter: from €7,75 (ex. VAT) | No Track and Trace provided – Please notice this shipment can take longer than the shipping time for packages.
- NL-‘brievenbus pakje’: € 4 (ex. VAT)
- NL-package: € 5,5 (ex. VAT)
- EU1-package: from € 10 (ex. VAT)
- EU2-package: from € 23,50 (ex. VAT)
- UK-package: from € 15,50 (ex. VAT)
- Norway/Switzerland-package: from € 25 (ex. VAT)
- World/outside EU-package: from € 32,50 (ex. VAT)
Damaged goods
If you receive a package damaged, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt at sales@assembli.nl with enclosed clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged products.
In connection with the CMR law, we cannot reimburse products that have not been reported to us within 7 days.
Returns
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase and with delivery note included to:

Inform us by e-mail of your return with the reason why and send the goods unused, unopened and in original box to us.
We suggest using a shipping service with Track&Trace*
Goods are your responsibility until it reached us intact. We will send you an e-mail when we paid back* your order. This should be done within 5 working days.
* Shipping costs will not be refunded.
