Mammoth facts:

There are several Mammoth species but they all have a Scientific Name with Mammuthus in it. They all had long, curved tusks. The species who lived in the North were covered with long hair. They lived in a period called Pliocene epoch (from around 5 million years ago) to the Holocene at about 4,000 years ago, and various species existed in Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.

The last species to emerge, the woolly mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), developed about 400,000 years ago in East Asia, with some surviving even the time of the Great Pyramid and the Ancient Egypt.

It makes sense that the woolly mammoth could not survive the current climate. So we have brought this cuddly elephant-like mammal with enormous tusks back to life. And this paper trophy Mammoth will survive any climate on the wall in your home, or man cave!
